These 90-micron vacuum bags (100x150mm or 10x15cm), made of polyamide and polyethylene, are used with professional or chamber vacuum sealers. They can be used for pasteurization at 80°C for up to 30 minutes but are not suitable for sterilization or cooking. For sterilization or cooking, we offer 121°C Cooking Vacuum Bags.
